PPF is a 400EUR closed-end property fund, created in 2003 by AIB Capital Markets. Apart from this property, the Fund is the owner of another 11, including 1 warehouse: Warsaw Diamond Business Park in Łódź, as well as 10 office buildings: Obuda Gate and East West Business Center in Budapest, Hungary; Lubicz Office Center in Krakow, Poznań Financial Center in Poznan, and in Warsaw: Atrium Plaza, Atrium Centrum and 4 subsequent objects of Wisniowy Business Park - C, D, E and F.
